February 2018 – Pursuant to an order pronounced by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi (“NCLAT”) under Section 421 of the Companies Act, 2013 on February 28, 2018, the Hon’ble (NCLAT) approved a Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) pursuant to which the LNG business of the RGPPL has been demerged and vested with the Konkan LNG Pvt. Ltd. (KLPL).
